Terms of Service

The Service provides wellness, educational, inspirational, faith-based, and personal-development content and tools, including Healing Journey Discovery™, guided reflections, prayers, a healing roadmap, journaling and tracking tools, and personalized content generated with automated systems.

The Service is not a professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other healthcare service, and using it does not create any provider-patient or therapist-client relationship. See our Medical and Wellness Disclaimer.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at thediamondpinkprintapp@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

• Free tier: available at no cost, with limited features.
• Healing Journey Circle™: $19 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• The Diamond Pinkprint™: a $97 one-time purchase that includes lifetime access to the purchased Diamond Pinkprint™ experience.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Survivor Speaks LLC continues operating and supporting that applicable product or service. It does not mean perpetual access irrespective of whether the product or the company continues to exist.

Cancelling the Healing Journey Circle™ stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you purchase The Diamond Pinkprint™ while an active Circle subscription is running, that subscription is scheduled to end after its current paid period so you are not billed twice for overlapping access.

• Healing Journey Circle™ charges that have already processed are generally nonrefundable, except for duplicate charges, verified technical failures that prevented access, or where refunds are required by law.
• Requests concerning the $97 Diamond Pinkprint™ purchase must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and are reviewed individually.
• Refunds are not guaranteed once personalized materials have been generated, accessed, exported, printed, or downloaded, except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms. We do not collect or store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

• Use the Service lawfully and only for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Treat other members and our team with respect. Harassment, hateful content, threats, and abusive behavior are not permitted.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, disrupt the Service, probe or bypass security, or use automated tools to scrape content.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or submit content that infringes another person's rights.

You own the journal entries, reflections, responses, and other content you submit. You grant Survivor Speaks a limited, non-exclusive permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including generating your personalized materials. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.

The Service and its content — including The Diamond Pinkprint™, Healing Journey Circle™, Healing Journey Discovery™, The Eight Dimensions of Healing™, Survivor Speaks™, and the associated text, designs, curricula, templates, and materials — are owned by Survivor Speaks LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, redistribute, publicly post, or commercially exploit paid materials or any part of the Service without our prior written permission. You may use downloaded and printable materials for your own personal healing use.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe, Supabase, Google authentication, and our hosting and AI infrastructure, and may link to third-party resources. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may reasonably add, modify, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance. If we make a material change that meaningfully reduces what you purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

We do not guarantee any healing, medical, emotional, financial, relationship, spiritual, or other outcome. Content and personalized materials are provided for support and encouragement, and results vary from person to person.

Except where the law does not allow it, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survivor Speaks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any rights you have that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer protection rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where practical and appropriate, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at thediamondpinkprintapp@gmail.com and work with us in good faith for at least thirty (30) days to resolve it informally before filing a claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
